The Specialized Recruitment service of Grupo DSrh is different from others found on the market. We work with multidisciplinary teams, with specialists in mapping and technical evaluation of professionals and specialists in behavioral assessment, who evaluate based on the organizational and cultural profile of each company.

Each mapped Professional passes through two interviews, Technical and Behavioral.

The Technical Interview is structured based on the Client's global organizational culture, but taking into account the particularities of each business area within the company. It will also be assessed whether the candidate, even if technically fit for the position, is aligned with the organizational culture of the company and has the behavioral qualities required for the position.

Our Methodology with two interviews brings benefits to the company and to the candidate. With more evaluative components, only candidates who fit the job will be invited to be interviewed in the company, reducing the loss of time of both the managers and the candidates, besides avoiding frustration on both.
